Delete account

You can permanently delete your account and all related data at any time, free of charge.

Delete your account from the app:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Choose "Delete account".
  3. Enter your password and confirm the deletion.
  4. Your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What is deleted: account data (name, email), personality analysis results, metrics and chat history.

Can't sign in anymore? Contact us through the Contact page with your account email and we will delete the account and its data.
